1. Product Description
The France White List for self test of Antigen Rapid Test Kits for Covid19 is an immune sandwich assay. The test strip contains membranes which are pre-coated with mouse anti-CoV N protein monoclonal antibodies on the test lines. Another mouse anti-CoV N protein monoclonal antibodies which can specifically bind to SARS-CoV-2 N protein, are bound to gold particles and sprayed on conjugation pads. When the sample is applied to the sample wells, SARS-CoV N protein and labeled antibody complexes are formed and travel up the strip. The labeled reagent is used to form a visible red line. The presence of SARS-CoV-2 will be indicated by a visible red test line (T) in the result window. Membrane is pre-coated with Chicken IgY on the control (C) line. Control (C) line appears in each result window when sample has flowed through the strip. The Control Line is used as a procedural control. The control line should always appear when the test procedure is performed properly and the reagents are working as intended. 4. Q: How to test myself or someone else?
You will first perform lower nostril nasal swab (2~3cm) in both nasal cavities. Then, you put your swab specimen into the extraction tube, rotate the swab for about 10 seconds, and press the swab head against the tube wall to release the antigen in the swab. Squeeze the swab over the head to remove the swab so as to remove as much liquid as possible from the swab. Dispose of swabs according to biohazard waste disposal method. Install the beater on the extraction tube, put 80μL (three drops) into the sample hole of the test card, and start the timer. Read the results in 20 minutes. A strong positive result can be reported within 20 minutes, but a negative result must be reported after 20 minutes, and the result after 30 minutes is no longer valid.
