PocRoc® Faecal Occult Blood (FOB) Antigen Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold)
PocRoc® Faecal Occult Blood (FOB) Rapid Test Kit(Colloidal Gold)is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of fecal occult blood in human fecal specimens in laboratories or physician offices. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the detection of bleeding caused by a number of gastrointestinal disorders, e.g. diverticulitis, colitis, polyps, and colorectal cancer.
Test Procedure
2. Place the test cassette horizontally, break off the cap of the sample tube, and add 3 drops of sample into the sample well of the test cassette.
3. Read the result in about 15 minutes, the result after 30 minutes would be regarded as invalid.
