Cardiac Troponin I/ Heart-type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (cTnI/ H-FABP) Combo Test Kit is suitable for quantitative detection of cardiac troponin I and The Cardiac fatty acid binding protein in human serum/plasma/whole blood in vitro.
The test of cTnI concentration is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), risk stratification of the acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and monitoring of myocardial damage (1-3).
The Cardiac fatty acid binding protein can be used not only as an early marker of AMI but also as an ideal diagnostic marker for recurrence of myocardial infarction. At present, the application of cardiac fatty acid binding protein mainly includes the following aspects: early diagnosis AMI evaluation of myocardial infarction area, evaluation of early myocardial microinjury, evaluation of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion, evaluation of prognosis of heart failure, etc.
