High sensitivity cFDA approved Heart-type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (H-FABP) Test Kit (TRFIA) (TRFIA)
Heart-type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (H-FABP) Test Kit (TRFIA) is suitable for quantitative determination of H-FABP in human whole blood/serum/plasma in vitro diagnosis.
The cardiac fatty acid binding protein can be used as an early marker of AMI, as well as an ideal diagnostic marker for recurrence of myocardial infarction.
Nowadays, the cardiac fatty acid binding protein is mainly applied in the following aspects: early diagnosis AMI evaluation of myocardial infarction area, evaluation of early myocardial microinjury/ myocardial ischemia-reperfusion/ the prognosis of heart failure, etc.
Based on the time-resolved fluorescence technique, the H-FABP content in human whole blood/serum/plasma was determined by double antibody sandwich immunochromatography.
Principle
Cardiac fatty acid binding protein detection kit is a time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic technique for quantitative determination of H-FABP in blood samples. The sample was added to the test card. The sample H-FABP coupled with the fluorescent microspheres on the marker pad to form a complex against human H-FABP monoclonal antibody. The detection band containing another specific antibody H-FABP nitric acid fiber membrane was detected by capillary action chromatography and captured to form a double antibody sandwich complex. As a result, the more H-FABP in the sample, the more complex accumulation on the detection band. The excess unreacted fluorescent microspheres continued to be chromatographic to the control line. After the reagent strip is excited, the fluorescence intensity on the detection line reflects the content of the captured H-FABP in the sample. The concentration of H-FABP in the sample was quantitatively reflected by the LTRIC-300/ LTRIC-600/LTRIC-1000 of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay.
